UPDATE: I'd left my earlier review after one visit from Carolyn and her team. It's been a week since they've helped me organize and Carolyn is going even further above and beyond! She could've left last Wednesday and let that be that. I was over the moon with the service I'd received. However, she is still, and in the most friendly and professional way, assisting me. She'll send suggestions of items that I can use around the home to keep it organized. I really appreciate this! ABOVE & BEYOND!! If you think God doesn't have angels walking among us, you are wrong! Three angels were in my family's home and worked a miracle! If you have a situation that required decluttering, look no further! The first room I tasked them with was tragic! A few short hours later, Carolyn and her amazing, wonderful team of angels, Patricia and John, took that room from looking like something on Hoarders to looking like something in Better Homes & Gardens! We hired Professional Organizer Carolyn Radellant (ClutterSolved) to help demystify and organize my linens and bathroom closet spaces. Initially, those space were cluttered, over populated and chaotic from years of purchasing products, particularly during the pandemic (sad). Whenever I attempted to do the job myself, it would give me an immediate headache, as I didn't know where to begin. I never knew where anything was because everything was just disorganized in random places. Both are big spaces, and I wasn’t sure how we were going to get it all done in one day, but then Carol came to save the day!!! She is Wonder Woman and she literally worked her magic!! The results are outstanding! She completely went over and above my expectations! The space now feels open and airy. Everything in now grouped together and organized. I now know where all my blankets, sheets, pillows, table clothes are ...color coded and in one convenient location. Even Carol's storage bin solutions and recommendations were right on target! She is even handy using tools and putting the storage solutions together! In my huge bathroom closet, Carol organized everything and I now have entire area devoted to for hair products, medical supplies, and now even the bathroom rugs. We could not be happier with the results. Carol and her team are so kind, polite and professional. While working together, it seemed like we had known each other for years. Carol helped guide us through the process, especially in letting go of things. She provided perspective, but it never felt forced. If I wasn’t ready to let something go, we didn’t. Carol is AMAZING. I don’t know that I can do her justice in this review but I am going to try! I first hired Carol for her pro organization work and specifically to help me declutter and streamline my very overcrowded and disordered Manhattan apartment. I have severe ADHD, and because of this, organization is extremely difficult if not impossible for me. I don’t have the vision or thought process to be able to get through big projects, and most significantly, I get VERY overwhelmed by these undertakings and tend to shut down and become paralyzed if I can’t immediately figure things out. So, at the outset, it was important to me to find an organizer with the empathy and patience to understand a brain like mine and the impulses behind the odd ways I do things! When I met Carol during our consultation session it was obvious she was an immediate hire. She was then, and consistently is since, like a ray of sunshine entering my door. I do not like being vulnerable and showing anyone my space, and I have a good amount of shame for being a slob. Carol was immediately kind, reassuring, comforting, and solutions-oriented. Furthermore, she loves and has a real gift for this kind of work. We had one regular session and I was amazed at the way I could watch the gears moving in her head as she figured out ways to cut through my clutter. There was a significant improvement after just one day, and these are things I have never been able to troubleshoot on my own. Furthermore, she is the hardest worker and so joyful throughout. But then we were hit with the extremely unwelcome surprise of my apartment being flooded and seriously damaged by a burst pipe on Christmas Eve, requiring nearly everything to be removed from the apartment so that the floors can be completely replaced plus substantial wall painting as well as ceiling and electrical repairs. It has turned my life upside down but Carol pivoted without batting an eye. She made herself available to me the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s to help me clear out the apartment and she is nothing short of a lifesaver at this moment. We are now packing up the whole place and moving my things into storage, and each session, she continues to come up with genius solutions that would never even cross my mind. She also boosts my spirits with her calm but funny demeanor and positive thinking and encouragement. So, Carol and I are now in it for the long haul, as once my apartment is repaired we will shift back to the original task of organizing my place (and truly, by extension, my life). I simply don’t know what I would do without Carol and can’t thank her enough for being a real lifeline to me during a time of intense stress and vulnerability. No matter what your space looks like, she will never judge or shame you; she will react with empathy and understanding, and, again, she will find *solutions* to help you get your place under control. I had a wonderful experience with Carol! She and her business partner organized the new apartment my husband and I recently moved to and repaired a few items (which was an added bonus) following a flood that we experienced in our previous apartment. It took more time then we had to spare to get our belongings in order with our work schedules. Finding Carol’s website was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. Her and her business partner’s work was extensive and took two days. She gave me additional recommendations if I wanted to further organize and maintain organization. I highly recommend Carol for any deep cleaning and organizing projects you may have. She exceeded all my expectations, she was getting into the nooks and crannies and cleaning out stuff. I have to say, I am extremely satisfied, this experience was worth every penny spent. I would have given more stars if there was more than 5.

So today is a GIANT step for me to declutter and clean my room after years of neglect for health reasons. I had Carol come to my home to HELP. SHE IS AMAZING.
